Shipping Policy Statement

  1. Shipping Methods GenieCo, Inc ships the equineGenie product throughout the 48 contiguous United States. Standard Shipping: $24.95 Shipping and Handling - FedEx Ground Expedited Shipping: $24.95 Shipping and Handling plus any expedited charges Saturday Delivery: $24.95 Shipping and Handling plus any Saturday delivery charges. Shipping times are subject to product availability. Our FedEx carrier requires a street address and phone number. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If a P.O. Box delivery is required, the product will be shipped USPS. The customer will be billed any additional charges when their product ships.
  2. Order Cutoff Time Orders placed on a business day will be shipped within the next ten (10) business day after all funds are available to GenieCo, Inc. The customer will be notified if there is any additional delay due to material shortages or revision release timing.
  3. International Shipping We accept orders from all international locations. We consider orders from Puerto Rico to be an international shipment. The standard shipping and handling charge applies, plus any additional shipping and custom charges. The customer can select FedEx International Economy or FedEx International Priority as their shipping method. The customer will be billed any additional charges when their product ships.

Return Policy Statement

GenieCo, Inc. Website Return Policy Statement.

  1. Return Period GenieCo, Inc. encourages you to install your products right away so that if there is a problem, you can return them before the return deadline. We accept returns and exchanges for up to 60 days after delivery. You can get full support for any product issues from GenieCo Customer Care for as long as you, the original owner, own the products.
  2. Credit for Returns Payment for returns and exchanges will be issued once we confirm receipt of the undamaged merchandise. Merchandise must be returned with original packing, user guides and instruction manuals. Please be aware that it may take 20 business days to process your return and send your payment.
  3. Refunds Tax (if applicable) is refunded with returns. The original shipping and handling charges are not refunded with returns. When you return items from a group of items purchased, the remaining amount spent may no longer be eligible for any discount you may have received (e.g., for gifts with purchase, free gifts, buying in quantity). If this is the case, the discount is subtracted from the price you paid for the returned item. To receive a complete refund, all items from the original purchase must be returned with the original packing, user guides and instruction manuals.
