Return Policy Statement

1. RETURN PERIOD
GenieCo, Inc. encourages you to install your products right away so that if there is a problem, you can return them before the return deadline. We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days after delivery. You can get full support for any product issues from GenieCo Customer Care for as long as you, the original owner, own the products.

2. CREDIT FOR REFUNDS
Payment for returns and exchanges will be issued once we confirm receipt of the undamaged merchandise and are allowed to remove or see that equineGenie has been removed from the computing device on which it was installed. Merchandise must be returned with original packing, user guides and instruction manuals. Please be aware that it may take 20 business days to process your return and send your payment.

3. REFUNDS
Tax (if applicable) is refunded with returns. The original shipping and handling charges and any payment processing fees (e.g., credit card processing fees) are not refunded with returns. When you return items from a group of items purchased, the remaining amount spent may no longer be eligible for any discount you may have received (e.g., for gifts with purchase, free gifts, buying in quantity). If this is the case, the discount is subtracted from the price you paid for the returned item. To receive a complete refund minus the original shipping and handling charges and any payment processing fees, all items from the original purchase must be returned with the original packing, user guides and instruction manuals. If your equineGenie system installation was downloaded its removal has to be removed, or verified that it has been removed, by a GenieCo, Inc., representative.

4. Changes to This Statement
GenieCo, Inc. has the discretion to occasionally update this Return Policy Statement. When we do, we will also revise the “updated” date at the top of this return Policy page.
